We’re located in downtown Montgomery at 121 N. Goldthwaite St., Montgomery, AL 36104

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday–Friday, 5 AM–9 AM and 4 PM–7 PM. Please contact us for special holiday hours.

Do you offer group fitness classes?

Yes! We offer a variety of classes including yoga, pilates, dance fitness, strength training, and more. All classes are designed to be inclusive for every level.

What kind of equipment do you have?

Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility features Technogym equipment, Peloton bikes, functional training zones, and more.
